These considerations, says Charles Dorrington, bishop of the Reformed Episcopal Church, made him decide to plant a new church in Westshore.

Its name will be Holy Trinity Church, after a Reformed Episcopal church that had been built on Happy Valley Road in the 1930s.

The first service will be held at the home of Paul and Margaret Collins, 2656 Nugget Terrace, at 10 am on Sunday August 26. For more details, contact 250-380-5036 or cfi@islandnet.com           – JK
