Woodstock legacy remains contentious

I tried to get to woodstock but got lost in detroit while on acid. I eventually made my way back to toronto and 3 years later Jesus Christ got my undivided attention. I cannot compare walking with God every day to anything else. The love and acceptance I feel from Christ means everything to me. I just hope more people will focus on the message Jesus came to bring us.

I've been a follower of Avatar Meher Baba for forty years...and I'm just as much of a Luddite as ever.
However, learned about "Google Alerts," typed in "Meher Baba," and was delighted to see Baba's name and very sensible anti-drug use message here on this site.
In His Love and Unity,
Mickey Karger

I was at Woodstock in 1969. At the time, I was a "Jesus Freak" who followed the Bible.
After LSD and being enlightened in other ways, I am now a queer atheist.... and much happier than I was as a Christian!
