Paths of Dust & Hope is a documentary being filmed in Africa by a B.C.-based crew. The group will spend much of October in two locations, recording the work being done on two humanitarian projects.

Kevin Shannon will work in Zimbabwe with the GAIN project, training people in the use of bio-sand filters. Amy Robinson will be in Mozambique, employing dance and drama to promote HIV/AIDS awareness.

The purpose of the film, says the project’s website, is to convey “a message of truth, justice and compassion.”

Some of the film crew are Christians. They are working in partnership with several ministries, including Impact Nations, Ten Thousand Villages and Iris Ministries.
