The vision of Worldwide Christian Schools (WWCS) is to
glorify God, by ensuring that all children have access to Christ-centred
education. To fulfill this vision, WWCS partners with existing Christian
communities around the world, providing them with the critical resources
needed to do their jobs and reach their goals.

Let's introduce me to you; my name is Mwambari Damien Pastor founder
and president of Leadership School and Mission in Rwanda (LSMR) the
number women of our school is 40%.
Father of 6 children and 43 aged years, our field work is based in
Kigali Rwanda; especially our mostly important is to seed a word of
God from the Holy Bible and Christian Leadership instructions to
leaders of small churches from rural area and the churches
surroundings or staying around the small cities of Rwanda.
Our Mission, It is our dream to train visionary rural leaders for the
advancement of the Kingdom focus of God. To develop ambassadors of
integrity and excellence who trained to change the rural areas of the
nation. To develop successful leaders who will have the initiative and
wisdom to make a measurable and positive contribution in any
organization environment in essence, we ant to be a part of raising a
new standard of Christian leadership
Our Vision is to have intentionally train and equip leaders to be
rural preachers in a Christianity context and social society who will
then be able to be far more dynamic in vacillating goodly
transformations within their filed work.
Achieving our goals we have different strategies bellows:
- Studies
- Library
- Audio visuals methods
- Internet system
- Outreach system
- Mobile studies
Challenges
We don't have possibilities to achieve our goals because our school
is free, otherwise, our students they don't have any income is why we
suggested to create income generating projects for helping the student
families, and support for their children to have schools fees and
others needs related.
