At Avant Ministries, we have a consuming passion for
the unevangelized people of the world.
Since our founding, we’ve had a focus on church
planting – from 1890s pioneering efforts in South America and North
Africa to our current work with unreached people all over the globe. We
dream of believers coming together as communities of faith, where no other
churches exist.
We pioneered the Short-Cycle Church Planting
philosophy of ministry – recognizing the power of God, and utilizing
the creative synergy of a team. Individuals unite for a common cause:
planting a biblically mature, reproducing church in as short a time as
possible.
Our teams employ innovative, creative means of
evangelism, discipleship and national leadership training. We expect God to
accomplish more than we can ever imagine.
Our missionaries come from a variety of backgrounds,
and possess a range of talents – but they’re united by a
passion to see churches planted where none exist.
Their passion might take them to a remote valley in
Central Asia or a bustling European port city; but the goal is always the
same: plant the church where the church does not yet exist.
