BC Lions win Grey Cup

November 28, 2011 by Canadian Christianity Leave a Comment

The BC Lions won 34-23 over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers sunday night and gave the city of Vancouver a much needed boost in sporting cheer. Head coach Wally Buono has been open about his faith, famously stating, “My ultimate goal as a coach is to win football games and championships. I want to be able to use my gifts and talents to allow people to see Christ through me.” MVP Quarterback Travis Lulay has also been very open about his faith citing it as one of the most important aspects of his life.
